By accessing or using north-ai.com, any North AI subdomain, API, or application, you agree to these Terms.
North AI provides AI-powered simulation, creator intelligence, content analysis, and related tools. Features may include connecting third-party accounts, running simulations, generating outputs, and viewing analytics.
Minimum age is 16 (UK/EEA) or 13 with parental consent (US), subject to local law. Keep login credentials confidential. One account per user unless on a seat-based plan.
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Google to North AI, you authorize us to access data via the relevant API under the scopes you approve. You remain bound by each platform's terms. You can revoke access at any time.
You will not reverse engineer, scrape in violation of platform terms, use the Service for illegal or infringing content, train competing foundation models, circumvent rate limits, or process special category data without a lawful basis.
You retain all rights to Customer Content. You grant North AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service. Outputs are provided "as is"; review them before use.
Pricing is as listed. Taxes are your responsibility. Payment is monthly or annual in advance. Free tiers and trials may be modified or terminated at any time.
North AI and its licensors own the Service, including all software, models, designs, and trademarks. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. Do not rely on Outputs as the sole basis for consequential decisions without independent human review.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in this Section limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You will defend and indemnify North AI against claims arising from your Customer Content, misuse, or violation of these Terms or third-party platform terms. North AI will defend and indemnify you against claims that the unmodified Service infringes a valid patent, copyright, or trademark.
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured for 30 days. We may suspend or terminate immediately for security, legal, or acceptable-use violations. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Processing of personal data is governed by the North AI Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Addendum is available for business customers.
Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
UK users are governed by the laws of England and Wales. EEA users by the laws of the EU member state in which North AI is established. US users by the laws of the State of Delaware.
For US users, any dispute is resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@north-ai.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
