Request deletion of your data
Under GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”). This applies to anyone whose personal data we hold, whether you created an account by email, signed in with a connected platform, or only ever contacted us. It is not limited to users who signed in with Facebook.

How to request deletion
Email us
Send an email to hello@north-ai.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your account (and, if relevant, your company) so we can locate your records. We may ask one or two questions to verify your identity before acting.
In-product
If you have an account, you can also request export or deletion of your workspace data from your account settings.
What gets deleted
On a verified request we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Account and profile data (name, email, company, role).
- Content you uploaded and the simulations run on it, within your workspace.
- Connected-platform tokens and any cached profile data (Google/YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok).
- Session, device, and log data tied to your account.
Timeline & what may be retained
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained, and we may keep the minimum records required to meet a legal, tax, or security obligation. Backups are purged on their normal rolling cycle after the live data is removed.
Signed in with Facebook?
If you used Facebook Login, you can also trigger deletion directly from Facebook and check the status of that request. See the Facebook data deletion instructions.
